Elon Musk‘s acquisition of Twitter has caused a lot of turmoil inside and outside the company. The lawsuit was filed after Musk refused to compensate these executives and accused them of “gross negligence” and “willful misconduct”.

According to the lawsuit, Musk fired Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, and lawyers Sean Edgett and Vijaya Gadde after buying Twitter. Musk accuses these executives of “gross negligence” and “willful misconduct” but provides no evidence to support these claims. The former executives are seeking more than $128 million in damages.
The lawsuit states that Musk has a “special resentment” against these executives and that they are suing for compensation. Musk allegedly used similar tactics against Twitter employees and other debtors.
The lawsuit’s outcome could have important consequences for Twitter and Elon Musk. In the event of a favorable outcome for the plaintiffs, Musk may have to pay over $128 million in compensation to former executives.
